1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Ajensia portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company (HRM, CRM, or Financial modules), you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
2. Scope of Ajensia Services
Ajensia provides an integrated suite of business tools including:
  • Human Resource Management (HRM) & Payroll
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) & Sales
  • Financial Accounting & Invoicing
  • Project Management System (PMS)
  • Point of Sale (POS) & Inventory
3. User Accounts and Security
  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials for all your employees/users.
  • Unauthorized Access: Ajensia is not liable for any data loss or breach resulting from weak passwords or internal unauthorized access by your staff.
4. Service Availability & Support
  • We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance.
  • We are not liable for any business losses during these periods.
5. Fees and Subscription
  • All fees are non-refundable and based on the selected subscription tier.
  • Failure to pay subscription fees may lead to temporary suspension or permanent deletion of your data.
6. Limitation of Liability
Ajensia shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages (loss of profits, data, or business reputation).
